DIANA SKLAR, LICSW

Hi, I’m Diana. With over 30 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through some of life’s most challenging moments. My journey has taken me through a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units and forensic social work, but for the past decade, I’ve found my true calling in private practice.

I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. I also work with couples to strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and find their way through difficult times together.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. I draw from insight-oriented therapy (talk therapy), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and mind/body medicine techniques. For couples, I provide a supportive space where both partners can feel heard and work toward meaningful change.

I believe that therapy is a journey we take together. I’m here to listen without judgment, offer thoughtful insights, and help you develop practical tools to navigate life’s complexities. My goal is to empower you to reconnect with your strengths and build a path toward healing, balance, and fulfillment.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College, and I’m always learning to stay current with best practices in the field. I find great joy in helping my clients create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

If you're considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
